J & M Coin and Jewellery. 1998 was the first issued coin of the Chinese lunar calendar and is the most sought-after. Each coin in the series displays images of all 12 lunar animals in a circular arrangement surrounding a central 24K gold-plated octagonal cameo.

A different individual animal emblem is featured within the central cameo of each coin. The set comes displayed in an embossed red velvet presentation case.
